Diverse Hotels Pursuing Surprise and Comfort

Operating hotels specialized in accommodation across Japan: There are 11 "Hotel Forza" hotels operating across Japan offering guests a pleasant place to stay and feature an appearance and decor designed to reflect regional characteristics. "Hyatt Place Kyoto" opened in April 2022 as a select service hotel where guests can freely choose the services and facilities they require.

A city hotel offering fulfilling moments: "The Basics Fukuoka" is a "book" themed city hotel oozing comfort, relaxation, knowledge and refinement. Upon stepping into the lobby, you are greeted by an impressive bookshelf that stretches to the second-floor ceiling. We hope you will feel refreshed by your stay.

An extended-stay hotel with an elegant atmosphere: The Residential Suites Fukuoka, in addition to standard accommodations, also offers condominium-like long-stay lodgings of one month or more. All rooms are over 44 sq. m. of luxurious space, combined with a dignified interior decor that is reminiscent of an elegant mansion.

We work to develop and operate hotels that provide the wow-factor and comfort to customers visiting Fukuoka as well as other business and tourist destinations across Japan. We will also share the know-how we have accumulated in hotel management of buildings owned by franchisees to further improve accommodation facilities.

Main hotels

Hyatt Place Kyoto: A select-service hotel with a direct connection to Marutamachi Station on Karasuma underground line, within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Nijo Castle and Shijo Kawaramachi.

Hotel Forza Sapporo Station: A four minute walk from the JR Sapporo Station, this is a non-smoking smart hotel, where relaxation and sleep are the No.1 priority.

THE BASICS FUKUOKA: A hotel that stimulates intellectual curiosity and excitement for guests, and which brings about new experiences and worldviews.
